This three-piece plier set from Minotaur is VDE-certified as offering safe insulation against voltages up to 1,000 volts. This makes it ideal for working on or near live circuits. It includes 160 mm combination pliers for gripping objects of all sorts of shapes, 200 mm long nose pliers to access tricky spots, and 160 mm diagonal cutters for snipping cleanly through wires.
The jaws of the pliers are made of strong and wear-resistant chrome vanadium steel, which means they're built to last. The soft-grip handles are ergonomically designed to give you precise control and to stop your hand from getting tired when using the tool for long periods.
There are also flanged grips at the end of each handle to stop your hand from slipping off. The red and yellow colour scheme identifies the pliers as insulated tools. The handles are also stamped with the VDE and GS marks so you and your team can be certain of their safety and suitability.
