Make the most of your firewood by using this log splitter from Hawksmoor. The weight and shape of the head is designed to tear wood through the grain with brute force.
The drop-forged and heat-treated blade has an anti-jam wedge which stops the splitting maul getting stuck in the wood - speed up your chopping times, and save your energy! When you do need to apply a bit more force, the two-handed design helps you achieve greater power.

• 3.6kg (8lb) log splitting maul for use with logs and firewood
• Increases surface area of logs to improve lighting and burning
• Drop-forged and heat-treated blade for strength and performance
• Solid fibreglass core shaft and epoxy-bonded head
• Anti-jam blade wedge prevents axe from getting stuck in logs
• Soft-grip handle keeps hands more comfortable during longer jobs
• Two-handed grip helps you achieve greater chopping power
