The Hardex Architectural Locking Window Handle has a contemporary design to create a modern stylish window. The flush button has been ergonomically designed to become part of the handle's seamless design. The long sturdy lever gives you a practical handle for turning, and is designed with a heavy duty sprung latching wedge to create a positive click on closing, ensuring the window is locked. This handle has key deadlocking for security and the key clicks into place when inserted and will remain in place when pivoting the lever. The 40mm spindle size is ideal for replacing existing handles as the slotted spindle allows cropping to 5mm increments.

Complete with a 10 year manufacturer's mechanical guarantee and the patented Hardex Electro finish is fully suited to the wider range of Fab & Fix hardware.

Tested to the highest technical standards, it meets the requirements of PAS 24:2012 on a number of window systems to confidently ensure the window security performance. All finishes meet the requirements of BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 (480 hours) for Corrosion Resistance to provide the most robust finish for your hardware; and to ensure smooth and consistent performance over time the handle is endurance tested to excess of 50,000 cycles.

Items over 30kg can only be delivered from Monday to Friday. If ordered before 6pm, please allow up to two business days for delivery. Orders placed after 6pm Thursday will be delivered after the weekend.

Our standard opening times are 7am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Saturday and 9-4pm Sunday. Please check your local store is open on the store locator page, before you visit.

 

Once you have placed your order online, we’ll have it ready for you at the store you have selected in as little as 5 minutes. We will hold your order for 14 days, after which we will automatically generate a refund to the payment type you used to place the order.

If an item is eligible for Next Business Day Collection in store, the order must be placed by 9pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next day. Orders placed after 9pm on Thursday, and up to 5pm on Sunday, will be available for collection on Monday. For larger items over 30kg, please allow two business days.
