Blue Hawk Mortar Mix is ideal for bricklaying, fixing slabs or patching masonry. It's also handy for quick-fix repair jobs where you don't need to make up large quantities. Once set, it has a hard and weatherproof finish, making it suitable for both indoor or outdoor use and great for pointing, path laying or repairing small areas of render.
This mortar mix comes in two parts - there's a bag of cement and the right amount of sand to combine with it. Add water and use it all at once or, for smaller tasks, just prepare the quantity you require.
As the cement is packed separately, the unmixed product will stay dry and usable for years. After it's mixed, the mortar is workable for 60 to 90 minutes, so you've got plenty of time to complete the job. It will set hard within two to three hours, allowing you to carry on with the next task.
