Keep refuse sacks open while you're collecting rubbish with this 355 mm polypropylene bin bag hoop. Whether you're clearing up after a building job or gathering garden waste, this handy hoop makes the job that little bit easier. You simply clip the plastic bag into place to stop it blowing about in the breeze and getting in the way.
